My name and professional title as an attorney are being unlawfully used by third parties. It has been determined that fake WhatsApp profiles have been created under the name “Cahit Kaya Lawyer,” which attempt to defraud citizens by using a similar name and impersonation.

These individual(s) have no connection whatsoever with me or with CEKA Law and Consultancy Office. Our office provides services exclusively through the official communication channels listed below.

The digital evidence related to these fake profiles has been secured through the e-Notary system of the Union of Turkish Notaries under application number 20260507232930, and has been officially documented by the 38th Notary Office of Izmir. In addition, a criminal complaint has been filed with the Izmir Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office against the relevant individuals.

If you encounter anyone offering legal services, requesting payment, or acting on my behalf under the name “Cihat Kaya” or any similar variation, please contact our office immediately and do not make any payments to such persons.
