Mr Cihat KAYA, after graduating from the Faculty of Law at Dokuz Eylül University, shaped his career with an international vision. Having practised as a consultant in reputable law firms in European financial and legal centres such as Hamburg, Amsterdam and Düsseldorf, Kaya has brought this expertise to two significant corporate structures, both in Turkey and across Europe.
Corporate Roles and International Consultancy
Cihat Kaya is the founder of Ceka Law and Consultancy Office in Turkey, as well as a founding partner of Amsterdam-based NGA Consultancy. Acting as a strategic bridge between the Netherlands, Germany and Turkey, Kaya has managed the establishment processes of numerous national and international companies to date, providing legal consultancy on corporate governance and operational processes.

He has also successfully completed Mediation Training offered in collaboration with the Turkish Bar Association and Başkent University.
In addition to his legal career, Attorney Cihat KAYA plays an active role in social and sporting activities and serves as Legal Advisor to the Turkish Karate Federation Abroad. In this capacity, he manages the legal processes of numerous international sporting and cultural organisations and participates in social projects.
