Cihat Kaya is the founding attorney of İzmir-based CEKA Legal & Consulting and managing partner of Amsterdam-based NGA Consultancy. At 25, he founded his independent firm with a deliberate refusal to be confined to a single market or jurisdiction. Reyhan Odabaşı is a citizen of both Germany and Turkey and was born in Germany in 1988. She completed her education in Cologne and graduated with a degree in Pharmaceutical Technical Assistance.

For many years, he has been providing German-Turkish simultaneous and consecutive interpreting services both in Turkey and on international platforms. He has worked with numerous international companies, particularly in the fields of mechanical, electronic, IT, textile and technical translation, and has been involved in important projects as a reliable and professional interpreter.

In addition to his career as a translator, he has worked as an import and export manager for various companies in Germany and Turkey, gaining strong expertise in intercultural communication and international trade during this time.
